Wah-la! You now are one step closer to having not just a ‘home button’ but several other options with this button. This is all depend on the number of taps you do on the button.
You have three options under ‘Custom Actions’
‘Single Tap’
This option allows you to tap the button once and trigger an action you set.
– For this option, you then choose ‘Home’.
‘Double Tap’
This option allows you to tap the button twice and trigger an action you set.
– You can choose any option here. A popular option here is ‘Open Menu’ or ‘Screenshot’
‘Long Press’
This option allows you to press down the button for a certain time period (commonly 0.75 seconds) and trigger an action you set. – You can choose any option here. A popular option here is ‘Lock Screen’ or ‘Siri Note: You can choose the Home button to be any of the Custom Action presets. Just choose whatever works best for you!
